Lord Edgefield is very corruptable. By blackmailing his victims he earns a lot of money. Besides he has find out the ultime way to keep out the hands of justice. A kind of drug which he adds to milk and everybody drinking the milk is twisting the truth unintential. Melville, Steed's partner also has drunk the milk. At a test on a lie-detector the result is negative. In the meantime Tara traces the company who is botteling the milk and after falling into a milk-barrel by a fight she swallows a lot of the lie-drug so she isn't capable to warn Steed. They put her into a butter machine which is turning round and around. But Steed arrives in time to rescue her.
